A Performance PC’s custom made firewire cable/adapter that goes from a firewire 10-pin male header and converts to a male 6-pin external connector.
Please consult your motherboard manual to check for pin outs of your 1394 headers.
Standard Wire Assignments
Blue: TPA +
Orange: TPA –
Green: TPB +
Red: TPB –
White: VP / Voltage + / VCC
Black: GND / Voltage –
Black: S-GND / Over Current / Shielding
The S-GND wire is fatter and can be easily recognized
